Founded in 1988, Shanghai Huachao Electric Technologies Co. is one of the first hi-tech enterprises in Shanghai with specializing in research & design, manufacture, installation & testing of electric heater, automation control, non-standard industrial and testing equipment.

公司创始人王文超高级工程师是中国电热行业的创始人，曾为毛主席纪念堂设计制造热水器、中国潜艇内电加热器、大庆油田管线保温等等，是该行业的权威人士，他的著作有《电热电器的设计制造与使用维修》、《电热电器大全》等十余部成为了该行业的唯一的教科类专业书籍。曾任徐汇区工商联副主席、徐汇区人大代表、徐汇区政协委员、上海市私营企业协会会员，徐汇区私营企业协会副会长等。
Founder of the company, Mr. Wenchao Wang (Senior Engineer) is also the pioneer of electric heater industry in China. He designed & manufactured heating appliances for Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, China submarines, Daqing oil field pipeline insulation and so on. Mr. Wang has been the expert of this industry over 30-year.and published over 10 books include ‘Design, Manufacture & maintenance of Electric Heating Appliances’, ‘’An A to Z of Electric Heating Appliance’ all of which became the unique professional education books. Mr. Wenchao Wang performed many social functions as well; he was the Vice Chairman of Xuhui Federation of Industry and Commerce, NPC member of Xuhui, a member of Xuhui CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference), a member of Shanghai Private Enterprise Association and Vice President of Xuhui Private Enterprise Association.

公司现任任董事长王敉，1989年进入公司，1997年赴日本深造，2004年出任董事长兼总经理，高级工程师，上海市徐汇区“拔尖人才”，荣获“先进五四青年奖”，徐汇区私企协会常务理事。

公司注册在漕河泾国家级高新技术开发区，工厂位于闵行区工业基地，厂房面积1200M2，办公面积300 M2，拥有一流的生产制造及检测设备。公司骨干团队人员精良拥有多名高级工程师、 MBA管理人才及多名销售工程师。2002年通过ISO9001体系认证，拥有数十项国家专利及软件知识产权。
Registered in Coahejing National Hi-Tech Development Zone, the plant is in Minhang district with 1200 sqm for manufacturing & 300 sqm for office use. The company possesses first class manufacturing & testing equipment and a professional team consisting of several senior engineers, MBA graduates and experienced sales engineers. The company has passed ISO 9001 quality certification in 2002 and owns a dozen of national patents and software intellectual property rights
